Finally, here are a few neighborhoods that you might want to consider. Central City Village is very rental friendly and a good place to live. Another choice is Escanto Village. Alahambra is an excellent choice and very near downtown Phoenix. Lastly, is Camelback East. However, there are numerous fine neighborhoods all over Phoenix where rentals can be found.
